Lauren Hofflin is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum. Ms. Hofflin has specialized in criminal defense for the past six years. She has practiced throughout California (both state and federal), and the Northern District of Texas, and has handled a wide variety of criminal matters—ranging from DUIs to security fraud matters. She is well-versed and has an in-depth knowledge of criminal law. In 2019, Ms. Hofflin was recognized for being in the Top 40 of Young Lawyers in Criminal Law in the State of California.
After passing the bar, Lauren wanted to give back and volunteered as an attorney at Casa Cornelia. There she successfully won her client asylum. Ms. Hofflin has done pro bono work with the California Innocence Project. In addition, throughout law school, she completed over 200 hours in the Pro Bono Honors Program.
Ms. Hofflin was born in Colorado but moved to San Diego for law school and has never looked back. She loves going to the beach, puzzles, and being with her husband, son, and two dogs.
