Nicholas Jaime is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum. Mr. Jaime has prior experience as a criminal prosecutor, having worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Orange County, California. During his tenure in Orange County, Mr. Jaime was assigned the position of drug DUI prosecutor, a prestigious role in which Mr. Jaime personally handled instances of people driving under the influence of drugs. In addition to drug DUIs, Mr. Jaime handled cases involving domestic violence, sex-related crimes, weapons offenses, and many other charges. Mr. Jaime won every case he took to trial during his time in Orange County due to his thorough preparation and legal knowledge. He will use the same level of care, diligence, and expertise in handling your case as well.
Mr. Jaime attended University of California, Irvine School of Law, during which time he interned at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. While in law school, Mr. Jaime also participated in mock trial competitions to hone his skills in advocating for his clients. Further, Mr. Jaime participated in numerous criminal law-focused volunteer opportunities such as criminal expungement clinics.
